    El problema del acoso escolar no es nuevo; sin embargo, ha triplicado el número de afectados en tan sólo 10 años. De ahí que sea necesario posicionarse en el asunto y reflexionar sobre los motivos que pueden estar provocando y manteniendo este hecho. Las víctimas deben ser atendidas adecuadamente, evitar que se produzcan nuevos casos y poner límite a un conflicto que no beneficia a nadie en nuestra sociedad. Hay que educar a los menores para que aprendan a convivir entre iguales y facilitarles las herramientas necesarias, deben conocer y ser conscientes que sus comportamientos tienen consecuencias. Desde un punto de vista de género sufren el bullying tanto chicas como chicos, sin embargo en el caso del ciberbullying un 70% de las víctimas son chicas.

    The problem of bullying is not new, however the number of victims has tripled in only 10 years. Therefore the need to take up a stance in this issue, and reflect on the reasons that can be making or maintaining this fact. Victims must be correctly taken care of, avoid the appearance of new cases, and put an end to a conflict that does not benefit anyone in our society. We have to educate our minors so they can live between their equals and provide them the necessary touls, they should know and be conscious that their behaviour have consequences. From a gender perspective, boys as girls are victims of bullying, however in the case of ciberbullying a 70% of the victims are girls.
