    El trabajo aborda la relación entre la política de control migratorio en México y la inclusión de los derechos humanos en la misma. Se exponen los cambios en el marco jurídico así como las acciones de reforzamiento del control en las fronteras a lo largo y ancho del territorio. Además, se argumenta que el énfasis del gobierno es el control a la inmigración mexicana y en menor medida el mitigar los costos humanos, riegos y las violaciones a derechos humanos que sufren las personas en su trayecto hacia Estados Unidos. El ensayo concluye con algunas reflexiones sobre los principios mínimos que la política migratoria requiere, en los cuales los poderes legislativo y judicial tienen un papel fundamental

    This article discusses the relationship between migratory control Mexican policy and human rights included in that. By examining the legal framework related to migration in México, it shows the reinforcement actions to control the Mexican borders and all territory. Furthermore, the main argument is that the government is focused on the undocumented immigration control and less the protection against the risks and the human rights violations during their journey to the United States. It concludes with some ideas about which are the minimum principles that the migration policy requires, where legislative and judicial powers have a very important role
