  Con la aprobación del decreto legislativo del 6 agosto de 2015, n.130, Italia pretende garantizar a los consumidores la posibilidad de defender sus pretensiones en sus propias instancias e intentar la resolución de disputas fuera de los tribunales. Estas ADR tienen la tarea de descargar las salas de los tribunales y garantizar a los ciudadanos la salvaguarda más rápida de sus derechos

  With the entry of the legislative decree of August 6, 2015, n.130, Italy wants guarantee to consumers the possibility to defend their instances for resolving disputes out of court. These ADRs are tasked to deflate the classrooms of the Court and to guarantee to citizens a faster attainment of their rights
