A inserção da juventude no mercado de trabalho na América latina: experiências sociais de afirmação dos direitos humanos

    This paper aims to focus on the inclusion of youth into the labor market from the social movements of struggles to uphold human rights of second dimension, the social rights in Latin America, especially on the experiences of youth participation in socio-historical contextualization of student and working class actions from Mexico and Argentina, which was formed in the mid-twentieth century. Thereto, a literature review was conducted based on  Thompsonian Neo-Marxist, Gramscinian and Habermasian schools, besides theoreticians of the Labor Sociology as Robert Castel and Paul Singer, as well as the Sociology of Youth  in Latin America as Sérgio Balardini, Maritza Urtega Castro Pozo and José Antonio Pérez Islãs. The legacy that remains from the Latin American youth, in this case, the Mexican setting with young students desirous of worthy manufacturing work, as ell as the movement of the picketers in Argentina that have in their ranks many young people unused at labor and by political participation, it is the preponderance of the many subtle mechanisms of resistance and struggle for social rights, specifically here of decent work.

    Este artigo pretende enfocar a inserção dos jovens no mercado de trabalho a partir dos movimentos sociais de lutas de afirmação dos direitos humanos de segunda dimensão, os direitos sociais na América Latina, particularmente nas experiências de participação da juventude na contextualização histórico-social das ações estudantis e operárias do México e Argentina, que se formou em meados do séc. XX. Para tanto, foi utilizada uma revisão bibliográfica baseada na escola neomarxista thompsiana, gramsciana e habermasiana, além de teóricos da sociologia do trabalho como Robert Castel e Paul Singer, bem como da sociologia da juventude latino-americana como Sérgio Balardini, Maritza Urtega Castro Pozo e José Antonio Pérez Islãs. O legado que permanece da juventude latino-americana, neste caso, no cenário mexicano com os jovens estudantes desejosos do trabalho fabril digno, bem como do movimento dos piqueteiros na Argentina que tem em suas fileiras muitos jovens ociosos pelo trabalho e pela participação política é a preponderância de mecanismos muitos sutis de resistência e de luta em favor dos direitos sociais, particularmente aqui do trabalho digno.
