    La sentencia puede ser un acto de amor. Debe, no obstante, contener la noción de alteridad y estructurarse con base en la narración. Justicia sin amor es poco humana y solamente instrumental, una vez que se distancia de la solidaridad y se funda en el egoísmo. La poesía puede contribuir para que se entienda el lado humano de la Justicia. Palabras claves: sentencia, acto de amor, alteridad, solidaridad, poesía.

    The judicial decision may be an act of love. However, it must welcome the notion of otherness and be structured on the basis of narration. Justice without love is not very human and nothing but instrumental, because it moves away from solidarity and is founded on selfishness. Poetry can contribute to understand the human face of Justice. Key words: judicial decision, act of love, otherness, solidarity, poetry.
