Marx, a questão judaica e os direitos humanos

    This paper aims on presenting that is worth to glimpse a humanistic philosophy up from the theoretical writings, during Marx’s youth period, produced from 1841 to 1845, since there is an acquaintanceship that the intent is to end with freedom of individualist metaphysical humanism defended by the liberal-bourgeois thought. On the literary work named ‘Jewish Issue’, Marx criticizes the human rights foreseen on 2nd clause from French Proclamation, 1793, concluding that they are, indeed, the rights of a selfish man, who makes part of a bourgeois society and sees only himself and his own interests. Nevertheless, Marx’s search for defining ways that lead to human freedom shows the dimension of humanism on his work.

    O propósito deste estudo é demonstrar que é possível vislumbrar uma filosofia humanista a partir dos escritos teóricos da fase juvenil de Marx, produzidos entre 1841 e 1845, desde que se tenha consciência de que seu intento é romper com a liberdade do humanismo metafísico individualista defendido pelo pensamento liberal burguês. Na obra A questão judaica, Marx faz a crítica aos direitos humanos previstos no art. 2° da Declaração Francesa de 1793, concluindo que eles são, na verdade, os direitos do homem egoísta integrante da sociedade burguesa, voltado para si mesmo e para seu interesse individual. No entant , a busca de Marx por definir os caminhos que conduzam à emancipação humana revela a dimensão de humanismo presente em sua obra.
