    It deals with juridical historiography and the relations between right, history and truth. It relies on literary references on the trial of Socrates, collected from texts of his time, identifying the narrative webbing that witnesses incongruence, relativism, and classic cultural constructs of western tradition. It also points out novel approaches, like that of Isidor Stone, which is not accepted by the academic tradition. It instigates, once it intends to invoke that history of law is less what happened than what the narrator wants it to be. It denounces aspects of the helenic mirage, contributing to the construction of critical knowledge in the making of contemporary texts on philosophy of law.

    Trata da historiografia jurídica e das relações entre direito, história e verdade. Vale-se de referências literárias ao julgamento de Sócrates, colhida em textos de contemporâneos do  filósofo, identificando tessitura de narrativas que atestam incongruência, relativismo e construído cultural clássico na tradição ocidental. Indica abordagens mais recentes, como a de Isidor Stone, não aceita pela tradição acadêmica. Instiga, na medida em que pretende invocar que a história do direito é menos o que aconteceu e mais o que o narrador pretende inventariar. Denuncia aspectos da miragem helênica, contribuindo na construção dos saberes críticos na feição contemporâneo dos textos de filosofia do direito.
