    O artigo trata da existência de um espírito pragmático que se perpetuou e que se materializou na classe burguesa, e também de sua luta pela criação de espaços próprios que culminou na constituição do Estado. A reflexão pretende levar ao reconhecimento teórico das assertivas, suscitar questões acerca dos caminhos que se deve trilhar para libertar o Estado das limitações que os herdeiros de Caim  lhe impõem e realizar o ideal que esteve nas suas origens. Na nova ordem, aquele mesmo homem tornou-se servo da exacerbação do espírito aquisidor sugerido pela etimologia do primeiro homicida, circunstância que tem conduzido a humanidade a uma era que está a demandar novas reflexões capazes de retomar os rumos emancipatórios das iniciativas modernas.

    The article deals with the existence of a pragmatic spirit that has perpetuated since time immemorial and has materialized in the bourgeois class and too with its fight for the creation of own organized spaces has culminated in the constitution of the State. The reflection not only induces the theoretical recognition of these assertions and brings into question the paths that must be tread to free the State of the limitations of“The Heirs of Caim” imposed on it and to carry through the ideal which was in its origins.  In this new order that same man has been in the service of the exacerbation of the acquiring spirit suggested by the etymology of the first homicide, circumstances which have led humanity to an age that demands new reflections capable of retake the emancipatory routes of modern  initiatives.
