    En este artículo se estudian los procesos constituyentes de Venezuela, Bolivia y Ecuador a partir de un ejercicio problematizador sobre los cambios políticos en los que se inscriben. La metodología utilizada para su desarrollo consistió en una revisión de textos, artículos, discursos y una posterior triangulación de información mediante una técnica cualitativa y comparativa. Lo anterior permitió contrastar cada una de las constituyentes en mención y extraer la base fundamental del discurso que la sustenta, así como los cambios que ocurren a nivel político. La revisión de textos, la comparación de los discursos, la diferenciación de enfoques, permitieron obtener un texto que posibilitara un mayor conocimiento sobre los procesos constituyentes en los tres países objeto de estudio: Venezuela, Bolivia y Ecuador y, a la vez, contrastar sus procesos políticos. Ese fue precisamente el núcleo del problema y permitió indagar acerca de por qué los movimientos políticos que los conducen propusieron elaborar nuevas constituciones antes de haberse consolidado en lo estructural como procesos de cambio o sin haber completado aún una faz de modificaciones de fondo.

    This article explores the constituent processes of Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador from a problematizer exercise on the political changes in those who are registered. The methodology used for also development consisted of a review of texts, articles, speeches and a further triangulation of information through a qualitative and comparative technique. This allowed to compare each of the constituents in question and remove the fundamental basis of the speech that supports it, as well as the changes that occur at the political level. The revision of texts, speeches, the differentiation of approaches comparison, permissible to obtain a text that allowed more information about constituent processes in the three countries under study: Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador and, at the same time, contrasting its political processes. That was precisely the core of the problem and which allowed to inquire about why political movement that lead them proposed to draw up new constitutions before have been consolidated in the structural processes of change or without completing even a face of substantive amendments.
