    El texto aborda el estudio sobre el impacto de los tratados bilaterales de inversión extranjera y los consecuentes laudos de tribunales arbitrales, previstos en los tratados aludidos, en el sistema constitucional de la República Argentina. Parte de estos inconvenientes ha surgido por las divergencias en cuanto a los derechos garantidos a los inversores extranjeros y a los ciudadanos del país, que surgieran entre la fecha de la entrada en vigor de la mayoría de los Tratados Bilaterales de Promoción y Protección de Inversiones Extranjeras (TBI ) y la posterior reforma constitucional del país en 1994, que trajo consigo una serie de modificaciones y garantías constitucionales, principalmente por el valor jerárquico de ciertos tratados de derechos humanos que pueden entrar en colisión con los obligaciones previstas en los TBI .

    The text discusses the study on the impact of bilateral foreign investment treaties and the consequent decisions of arbitral tribunals, under the treaties referred in the constitutional system of Argentina.

    Some of these conflicts arise from differences in the rights guaranteed to foreign investors and citizens of the country, arising between the date of entry into force of the majority of Bilateral Investment Treaties (forward BIT ) and the subsequent constitutional reform of the country in 1994. This reform led to a series of amendments and constitutional guarantees, primarily for the hierarchical value of certain human rights treaties that may collide with the obligations under the BIT .
