    Este artículo pretende poner de manifiesto las implicaciones que su- pone la apreciación del principio non bis in idem por parte de las autoridades adminis- trativas sancionadoras y, en especial, por parte de la Comisión Europea. La potestad sancionadora de esta institución en materia de Derecho de la Competencia ha servido para que el Tribunal de Justicia de las Comunidades Europeas se pronuncie sobre este particular emitiendo resoluciones objeto de estudio y crítica en este trabajo.
