This manual you are holding is the result of the ongoing promotion exercise that we at the Regional Government of Biscay (Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) wish to implement in order to build a more inclusive society for people of all ages. We have been proclaiming and trying to contribute our grain of sand in constructing a society among all people and for all persons, regardless of age. This manual is also the result of this vocation and occupation.
