Este documento estudia el papel desempeñado por los centros de FP del País Vasco en la prestación de servicios en el período 2016-2018. Para eso explota la base de datos del programa Tkgune, impulsado desde Tknika por el Gobierno Vasco, a estos efectos. El análisis expone, por un lado, las características de los centros de FP que imparten este tipo de servicios, así como los tipos y características de los proyectos. Y, por otro lado, las características de las organizaciones destinatarias de los mismos. Un énfasis particular se dedica al ajuste entre oferta y demanda de este tipo de servicios en el plano comarcal, y a determinar en qué medida se cumple que el ámbito fundamental de actuación de los centros es comarcal y si en todas las comarcas los centros pueden ejercer un papel activo a este respecto. El trabajo incluye una serie de reflexiones y conclusiones finales sobre la necesidad de desarrollar esta función y las prioridades que (por centros, tipos de servicios, tipos de empresas destinatarias) deberían establecerse a estos efectos.

This document studies the role played by Vocational Training centres in the Basque Country in the provision of services in the 2016-2018 period. To this end, it exploits the database of the Tkgune programme, promoted by Tknika by the Basque Government. The analysis shows, on the one hand, the characteristics of the Vocational Training centres that provide this type of services as well as the project types and characteristics. On the other hand, it reveals the characteristics of the target organisations. A particular emphasis is given to the adjustment between supply and demand in this type of services at the county level, and to determining the extent to which the centres mainly have a regional scope of action and whether they can play an active role in all the counties in this regard. The work includes a series of reflections and final conclusions on the need to develop this function and the priorities (by centre, type of service, type of target company...) that should be established for this purpose.
