‘Erasmus+ Youth’ is part of the Erasmus+ Pro- gramme of the European Union and supporting European youth projects. The ‘Research-based Analysis and Monitoring of Erasmus+ Youth’ (RAY-MON) is conducted by the RAY Network, which includes the National Agencies of the Eu- ropean youth programmes and their research partners in 34 countries*.

This RAY-MON research report summarises the transnational analysis of the results from sur- veys conducted between June and December 2023 with project participants and project teams involved in Erasmus+ Youth projects.

The research work underpinning this report was designed and implemented by Youth Policy Labs, based in Berlin, and the Generation and Educa- tional Science Institute, based in Vienna, in co- operation with the RAY Network. The data used for this report are based on sur- veys designed in cooperation with a wide range of network and programme stakeholders, with more than 2.000 comments on the first drafts of the questionnaires. The data collection for this study was coordinated by EDUFI, the Finnish Na- tional Agency, on behalf of the RAY Network.
