  El 5 y 6 de mayo de 2025 celebramos en Bilbao el I Congreso Internacional de Infancias y Adolescencias Trans Naizen, con el significativo título de «Comprender para acompañar». «Comprender» y «acompañar» han sido dos palabras que no nos han acompañado a lo largo de la historia a muchas generaciones de gente ya adulta en nuestras infancias y adolescencias. Porque la ignorancia que nos ha convertido en seres raros, monstruosos y rechazables no ha permitido esa comprensión. Y porque, en consecuencia, hemos tenido infancias y adolescencias cargadas de soledad y miedo a un futuro oscuro. Ese conflicto ha provocado incomprensión, deslegitimación, marginación y dolor. Afortunadamente, un Congreso como este es un signo inequívoco del trabajo que se viene realizando para que, sabiendo que la mirada externa influye, pero no cambia esa vivencia íntima y profunda, podamos transitar esa mirada hacia un marco comprensivo que transforme ese dolor en conocimiento y acompañamiento.

  On 5 and 6 May 2025, we will hold the First International Congress on Trans Children and Adolescents in Bilbao, with the meaningful title ‘Understanding to accompany’. ‘Understanding’ and ‘accompanying’ are two words that have not accompanied many generations of adults throughout their childhoods and adolescences. Because the ignorance that has turned us into strange, monstrous and rejectable beings has not allowed for such understanding. And because, as a result, we have had childhoods and adolescences filled with loneliness and fear of a dark future. This conflict has led to misunderstanding, delegitimisation, marginalisation and pain. Fortunately, a conference such as this is an unequivocal sign of the work being done so that, knowing that the external gaze influences but does not change that intimate and profound experience, we can shift that gaze towards a comprehensive framework that transforms that pain into knowledge and support.

  2025eko maiatzaren 5ean eta 6an, «Naizen. Haur- eta gazte- transexualitateari buruzko Nazioarteko I. Biltzarra. Ulertu, lagundu ahal izateko» ospatu genuen Bilbon. «Ulertzea» eta «laguntzea» bi hitz dira, helduen belaunaldi askotan historian zehar gure haurtzaro eta nerabezaroetan falta izan direnak. Hau horrela da, arraro, munstro eta onartezin bihurtu gaituen ezjakintasunak ulermen hori eragotzi duelako. Ondorioz, bakardadez eta etorkizun ilun baten beldurrez betetako haurtzaro eta nerabezaroak bizi izan ditugu. Gatazka honek gaizki-ulertuak, deslegitimazioa, bazterketa eta mina ekarri ditu. Zorionez, horrelako Kongresu bat seinale argia da etengabeko lanaren seinale, kanpoko ikuspegiek eragina dutela jakinda esperientzia intimo eta sakon honetan, baina ez dutela aldatzen, gure ikuspegia ulermen-esparru baterantz alda dezakegula, min hori ezagutza eta laguntza bihurtzen duena.
