    La disciplina deportiva continúa siendo fuente inagotable de controversias. Entre otras razones, por culpa del confuso y amplio concepto que estableció hace más de treinta años la Ley del deporte de 1990. Desde entonces, abundan las resoluciones de la Administración deportiva que testimonian el desconcierto en este asunto. Una de las más llamativas es la última resolución del TAD dictada a propósito del conflicto de competencias entre LaLiga y la RFEF con motivo del cumplimiento del Protocolo de vuelta a la competición. Este trabajo la analiza y alerta de sus principales debilidades.

    Sports discipline continues to be an inexhaustible source of disputes. Among other reasons, because of the confused and broad concept established more than thirty years ago by the Sports Law of 1990. Since then, the resolutions of the Sports Administration that testify to the confusion in this matter. One of the most striking is the latest resolution of the TAD issued regarding the conflict of competences between LaLiga and the RFEF on the occasion of compliance with the Protocol of return to competition. This work analyzes it and warns of its main weaknesses.
