    El presente trabajo bien pudiera suscribirse dentro del tema de la demografía empresarial; pero finalmente se logró ir más allá de ese análisis y proponer, no solamente ese, sino la formación de las redes empresariales de un periodo largo que va de 1885 a 1936. Con dos sub periodos muy claros que son: el porfiriato y a revolución.Este artículo está estructurado por un apartado introductorio; un segundo aparatado acerca de la trayectoria de la formación de sociedades mercantiles a lo largo del periodo 1885-1933, con hincapié en su registro por año, sector de actividad económica, tipo de sociedad mercantil, y sociedades anónimas por año de constitución, un tercer apartado sobre las redes empresariales importantes, un cuarto apartado acerca de su declive; y un quinto apartado sobre las conclusiones.Como conclusión se presentó. La importancia de los años treinta para apreciar los efectos de la revolución mexicana sobre las empresas. En el caso de Sonora la expulsión de la población china, la disolución de la red de empresarios hegemónica durante el porfiriato constituida por los corralistas (Ramón Corral) y los alemanes, da paso a otra impulsados inicialmente por el ambiente creado por Obregón y Calles para hacer negocios.

    This work may well sign on topic of business demography, but finally managed to go beyond this analysis and suggest not only that, but the formation of business networks over a period ranging from 1885 to 1936. With two sub periods are very clear the revolution and Porfirio Diaz.This article is structured by an introductory paragraph, a second device on the path of the formation of corporations over the period 1885-1933, with emphasis on registration by year, sector of economic activity, type of corporation, and corporations by year of establishment, a third section on important business networks, a fourth section on its decline, and a fifth section on the findings.

    In conclusion arose. The importance of the thirties to assess the effects of the Mexican Revolution on business. In the case of Sonora the expulsion of the Chinese population, the dissolution of hegemonic network of entrepreneurs during the Porfirio Diaz made up of the pens (Ramon Corral) and the Germans, gives way to another driven initially by the atmosphere created by Obregón and Calles doing business.
