    La Corte Internacional ele Justicia es el órgano judicial principal de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU). Tiene su sede en La Haya (Países Bajos). Fue establecida por la Carta de la Naciones Unidas firmada, en su artículo 92, el 26 de junio de 1945 en San Francisco para responder al objetivo principal de la ONU de mantener la paz y la seguridad internacional.

    The International Court of Justice is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations (UN). It has its seat in The Hague (The Netherlands). It was established by the Charter of the United Nations signed, in its Article 92, on June 26, 1945 in San Francisco to respond to the main objective of the UN to maintain international peace and security.
