    Si pretendemos dar una mirada grande a la Universidad Peruana, a la UNI y a la investigación científica y tecnológica debemos intentar unir algunos puntos que el destino y la oportunidad han puesto a nuestra disposición para tratar de reflexionar sobre ellos, con el propósito de iniciar una reflexión profunda sobre lo que debería ser el nuevo derrotero de la Revista IECOS en la nueva etapa de su existencia que se inicia y nuestra participación en los órganos de la Facultad y de la UNI.

    If we intend to take a big look at the Peruvian University, UNI and scientific and technological research, we must try to join some points that fate and opportunity have placed at our disposal to try to reflect on them, with the purpose of initiating a deep reflection on what should be the new path of the IECOS Journal in the new stage of its existence that begins and our participation in the organs of the Faculty and UNI.
