  La universidad es el espacio para pensar y repensar los problemas de la convivencia humana. La reforma de la universidad en la primera mitad del siglo XX no planteó la cuestión de la colonialidad interna. En la segunda mitad se produjo un desencuentro. Los nuevos dirigentes universitarios no estaban preparados para asumir sus funciones. La crisis universitaria se extremó en los años ochenta. Como resultado, la universidad pública no tiene una propuesta de investigación.

  The university is the space to think and rethink the problems of human coexistence. The reform of the university in the first half of the 20th century did not raise the question of internal coloniality. In the second half there was a disagreement. The new university leaders were not prepared to assume their functions. The university crisis became extreme in the eighties. As a result, the public university does not have a research proposal.
