    OBJETIVO: analizar el sistema de vigilancia y control estatal frente a las libertades individuales. MÉTODO: mediante la lectura y averiguación de diversos libros sobre militarización del Estado por qué se involucran y qué efectos desarrolla en el ámbito político. RESULTADOS: es necesario establecer las causas de este fenómeno, los logros alcanzados y los desafíos que se deben someter los estados, siendo garantes de la población, para que estos tengan una mejor convivencia, en pro de los derechos humanos y fundamentales de cada individuo. CONCLUSIÓN: habrá situaciones en los que un Estado impondrá a las personas el cumplimiento de deberes que sean susceptibles de poner en riesgo la libertad de conciencia de la que goza todo individuo. De allí que, la objeción de conciencia sea la manifestación de un derecho que contradice un deber impuesto por el Estado.

    OBJECTIVE: this article will try to analyze the state surveillance and control system against individual freedoms. METHOD: by reading and researching various books on the militarization of the State, why they are involved and what effects it develops in the political sphere. RESULTS: It is necessary to establish the causes of this phenomenon, the achievements and the challenges that the states must undergo, being guarantors of the population, so that they have a better coexistence, in favor of the human and fundamental rights of each individual. CONCLUSION: there will be situations in which a State will impose on people the fulfillment of duties that are likely to put at risk the freedom of conscience enjoyed by every individual. Hence, conscientious objection is the manifestation of a right that contradicts a duty imposed by the State.
