Oportunidades frente a una crisis. Desarrollo y adaptación de un proyecto de identificación de series en el archivo general del Banco de españa en el contexto covid-19.

    Con esta publicación se quiere compartir la experiencia de un proyecto archivístico que nace en los días del confinamiento por el Covid, en régimen exclusivo de teletrabajo, de manera que el equipo del Archivo General del Banco de España quedó organizado en grupos de trabajo que pudieran abordar de forma independiente sus respectivas tareas. Ante tal escenario se decidió impulsar un proyecto iniciado justo antes de este punto de inflexión, cuyo objetivo era realizar un análisis riguroso de las series documentales que forman parte del voluminoso fondo del Archivo General del Banco de España. En este contexto tan inesperado se fue adaptando la metodología de trabajo para dar respuesta a los objetivos planteados. Los resultados obtenidos suponen un punto de partida para el desarrollo de otros proyectos, aplicando la metodología testada sobre un Archivo bien organizado y controlado.

    The aim of this publication is to share the experience of an archival project that was born in the days of confinement by Covid, under an exclusive teleworking regime, so that the team of the General Archive of the Banco de España was organized into working groups that could independently address their respective tasks. Faced with this scenario, it was decided to promote a project initiated just before this turning point, whose objective was to carry out a rigorous analysis of the documentary series that form part of the voluminous collection of the General Archive of the Bank of Spain. In this unexpected context, the work methodology was adapted to meet the objectives set. The results obtained are a starting point for the development of other projects, applying the methodology tested on a well-organized and controlled archive.
