    El tema de la informalidad que existe en el Ecuador se ve afectada por distintas variables que son sujetos de estudio de esta investigación. La sociedad es afectada por los distintos problemas, en donde el gobierno interviene con políticas de estado, pero no ayudan a dar solución a la problemática. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las distintas variables que intervienen en la afectación del empleo y el crecimiento de la informalidad en los últimos años. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva, bibliográfica y documental. Se concluye indicando, que el crecimiento de la informalidad se debe a la poca generación de empleo de las empresas y del sector público y a las pocas políticas de estado planteadas.

    The issue of informality that exists in Ecuador is affected by different variables that are the subjects of study of this research. Society is affected by different problems, where the government intervenes with state policies, but they do not help to solve the problem. The objective of this article is to analyze the different variables that intervene in the affectation of employment and the growth of informality in recent years. The methodology used is descriptive, bibliographical and documentary. It is concluded by indicating that the growth of informality is due to the low generation of employment by companies and the public sector, to the few state policies proposed.
