    Las dificultades económicas han tenido un impacto negativo en la formación de valores en la sociedad cubana actual. El Ministerio de Educación Superior y la Educación Médica Superior tiene como objetivos de trabajo la búsqueda y puesta en práctica de alternativas para el fortalecimiento de los valores en los estudiantes y lograr una formación integral. En la carrera de Enfermería se requiere de la utilización de métodos creativos que contribuyan a la formación de valores, resultando la Educación en el Trabajo un espacio ideal para esta proyección. De esta manera se lograría formar jóvenes para asegurar el desarrollo de una sociedad justa, humana y responsable.

    Economic difficulties have had a negative impact on the formation of values ​​in today's Cuban society. The Ministry of Higher Education and Higher Medical Education have as their work objectives the search and implementation of alternatives to strengthen values ​​in students and achieve a comprehensive education. In the Nursing career, the use of creative methods that contribute to the formation of values ​​is required, making Education in the Workplace an ideal space for this projection. In this way, it would be possible to train young people to ensure the development of a just, humane and responsible society.
