    La participación de las mujeres en la gestión de la importante empresa vinatera Duff Gordon entre la tercera y la sexta décadas del siglo XIX fue muy destacada durante todo el periodo y crucial en dos momentos de transición societaria. De entre las mujeres que participaron en la financiación y gestión de la compañía destacan Aurora Böhl Larrea, Carolina Cornewall y Cecilia Böhl Larrea, más conocida como Fernán Caballero, su pseudónimo literario.

    The participation of women in the management of the important Duff Gordon wine company between the third and sixth decades of the 19th century was remarkable throughout the period and crucial at two points of corporate transition. Prominent among the women who participated in the financing and management of the company are Aurora Böhl Larrea, Carolina Cornewall and Cecilia Böhl Larrea, better known as Fernán Caballero, her literary pseudonym.
