    Presentem l’estudi d’un pergamí medieval que conté formularis notarials utilitzats prop de Manresa. Hi ha una imatge de la crucifixió que presideix els quatre inicis dels evangelis, anotacions comptables, debitoris jueus, un mostrari de lletres medievals i un formulari d’establiment. Els principis dels evangelis van ser utilitzats en la consagració d’esglésies a Catalunya segons la litúrgia narbonesa fins al segle xiii. També podem veure com els jueus van tenir presència en aquest període en què la documentació notarial té un ascens important a Manresa. El pergamí ens ha arribat a través de la família Fàbregas, que l’ha conservat en el seu arxiu patrimonial.

    This paper presents the study of a medieval parchment containing notarial forms used near Manresa. There is an image of the Crucifixion presiding the four beginnings of the Gospels, accounting annotations, Jewish debitoria, a sampling of medieval letters and an establishment form. The beginnings of the Gospels were used in the consecration of churches in Catalonia according to the Narbonese liturgy until the 13th century. It may also be seen that there was a Jewish presence in this period in which notarial documentation came to acquire considerably more importance in Manresa. This parchment has come down to us through the Fàbregas family, which has conserved it in their family archive.
