    La ciudad de Toledo, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad el 26 de noviembre de 1986 fue fotografi ada por Loty en torno a 1930, antes de las destrucciones de la Guerra Civil Española. Con las más de doscientas fotografías que realizó el fotógrafo portugués de la Ciudad Imperial, y que se conservan en los Archivos Municipal y Provincial de Toledo, Biblioteca Nacional y el Instituto del Patrimonio Español, J. Nicolás Ferrando y José María Sánchez Molledo han publicado un libro en 2019 . En este artículo vamos a realizar una breve biografía de Loty y recorrer la ciudad con una selección de las mismas.

    Toledo, declared a World Heritage Site on November 26, 1986, was photographed by Loty around 1930, before the destructions of the Spanish Civil War. With more than two hundred photographs taken by the Portuguese photographer of the Imperial City, which are preserved in the Municipal and Provincial Archives of Toledo, the National Library and the Institute of Spanish Heritage, J. Nicolás Ferrando and José María Sánchez Molledo have published a book in 2019. In this article we are going to make a brief biography of Loty and tour the city with a selection of them.
