    Como objetivo de investigación se tiene analizar el diseño organizacional como base para una nueva propuesta estratégica en la actual gestión administrativa del CETPRO Daniel Villar de Caraz, 2023. La investigación es de un enfoque cualitativo de tipo básico como método inductivo de nivel descriptivo, enfocado al análisis de la teoría fundamentada y alcance normativo sobre hechos o fenómenos que permitan comprender mejor el análisis a priori de las dimensiones o categorías de estudio. Se puede manifestar que el diseño aplicado a la dimensión subcategoría como Modelo estratégico, que emplea la responsable de la Dirección, es muy aceptable para la institución en el manejo de estratégicas y técnicas organizacionales y manejo de recursos humanos, teniéndose como situación crítica la estructura orgánica establecida por el MIENDU. Para que el modelo de diseño estratégico directivo pueda demostrar resultados efectivos, es fundamental estudiar y comprender adecuadamente los enfoques administrativos.

    The research objective is to analyze the organizational design as a basis for a new strategic proposal in the current administrative management of the CETPRO Daniel Villar de Caraz, 2023. The research is of a qualitative approach of basic type as an inductive method of descriptive level, focused on the analysis of grounded theory and normative scope on facts or phenomena that allow a better understanding of the a priori analysis of the dimensions categories of study. It can be stated that the design applied to the dimension subcategory as strategic model, used by the head of management, is very acceptable for the institution in the management of organizational strategies and techniques and human resources management, having as a critical situation the organizational structure established by the MIENDU. In order for the strategic management design model to show certain results, it is the correct study and knowledge of the respective.
