    El derecho de alimentos, constituye un derecho fundamental, mismo que va ligado con el principio de interés superior del niño, que actualmente, analizando holísticamente, sufre dificultades al momento de hacerse efectivo el derecho. Se ha podido determinar que existe ineficacia en el cobro de las pensiones de alimentos, que, a su vez, genera una vulneración de este derecho. En ese sentido, lo que se busca con la presente investigación es ampliar al ámbito de aplicación de las normas coercitivas para de esta manera poder ejercer el derecho de los alimentantes y cumplir con el objetivo de obtener esos valores económicos que logrará cubrir las necesidades de los menores y al alimentante cumplir con su obligación. Cumpliendo con los activos planteados y la metodología utilizada se pudo evidenciar que existen falencias en las normativas infra constitucionales y que es factible y es necesaria una disposición que invoque al cumplimiento de la Constitución y en la respuesta a las interrogantes y problemas planteados.

    The right to alimony constitutes a fundamental right, which is linked to the principle of the best interest of the child, which currently, analyzing it holistically, suffers difficulties at the time of enforcing the right. It has been determined that there is inefficiency in the collection of child support payments, which, in turn, generates a violation of this right. In this sense, what is sought with the present investigation is to expand the scope of application of the coercive rules in order to exercise the right of the providers and fulfill the objective of obtaining those economic values that will cover the needs of the minors and the provider to comply with his obligation. In complying with the proposed assets and the methodology used, it became evident that there are shortcomings in the infra-constitutional regulations and that it is feasible and necessary a provision that invokes the compliance with the Constitution and in response to the questions and problems raised.
