    Este artículo rinde merecido tributo a la labor internacional de la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM). A pesar de sus modestos comienzos, la OEPM ha logrado que España haya podido hacer frente con éxito a los variados retos emergentes en el contexto internacional y además a posicionarse adecuadamente como actor clave. El artículo hace un recorrido por la estratégica actividad internacional de la OEPM en sus 200 años de historia cuyos frutos perduran hasta hoy

    This article pays well-deserved tribute to the international work of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM). Despite its modest beginnings, the OEPM has enabled Spain to successfully confront the various emerging challenges in the international context and to appropriately position itself as a key player. The article explores the strategic international activities of the OEPM over its 200-year history, the fruits of which endure to this day.
