    RESUMEN El perfeccionamiento del modelo de construcción del socialismo en Cuba tiene, entre sus elementos más novedosos, una nueva concepción sobre el proceso relacional territorio-turismo, reconociendo las sinergias bidireccionales que se construyen e impactan en las dinámicas de crecimiento y desarrollo del país. En esta perspectiva, el presente trabajo establece el diseño de un sistema productivo que, desde la gestión del desarrollo local con un enfoque relacional intermunicipal y de articulación multiactoral, multinivel e intersectorial, contribuya a la articulación de la estructura económico-productiva municipal con el turismo sectorial.

    ABSTRACT: The improvement of the model of construction of socialism in Cuba, has among its most innovative elements, a new conception of the relational process territory-tourism, recognizing the bidirectional synergies that are built and impact the dynamics of growth and development of the country. In this perspective, the present work establishes the design of a productive system that, from the management of local development with an intermunicipal relational approach and multi-actor, multi-level and intersectoral articulation, contributes to the articulation of the municipal economic-productive structure with tourism sectorial.
