    RESUMEN El presente artículo muestra el análisis y el costo de la aplicación de tecnologías eficientes. Se emplearon metodologías y herramientas para desarrollar una investigación de carácter cuantitativo que permitiera analizar al sector apícola dentro de la provincia del Guayas, para así poder demostrar la necesidad de actualizar el uso de tecnologías en este sector. En Ecuador la apicultura no se ha desarrollado plenamente debido a la falta de incentivos, es por ello que la ausencia de tecnologías eficientes no permite incrementar la producción de miel de abeja. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es demostrar el costo y los beneficios que supone la aplicación de estas herramientas mediante la segmentación del sector.

    ABSTRACT This article shows the analysis and the cost of the application of efficient technologies; the methodology and tool used to carry out the research was done in a quantitative way to analyze the beekeeping sector in the Guayas Province that allowed us to demonstrate the use of technologies and that in Ecuador beekeeping has not been developed due to the lack of incentives in this sector, which is why the absence of efficient technologies that do not allow to increase the production of honey bee honey. The main objective of this research is to demonstrate the cost and benefits of the application of these tools through the segmentation of the sector.
