    RESUMEN La presente investigación se realizó con base en una necesidad previamente observada y cuyo sustento fue obtenido mediante encuesta aplicada a la muestra de estudio. Se implementó un enfoque mixto y una metodología de investigación-acción participativa (IAP), que coadyuvó a identificar y resolver los problemas y las necesidades de las organizaciones a intervenir, lo que permitió ahondar en los procesos de creación colectiva de conocimiento para contribuir a planificar su futuro. El presente análisis busca fortalecer las capacidades y habilidades de los integrantes de la Red de Integración Económica de Servicios Globales del Guayas para ayudar a dinamizar su prosperidad y ascenso social. Los resultados obtenidos, derivaron en el establecimiento de conclusiones enfocadas en el desarrollo dentro del corto o mediano plazo de proyectos enmarcados en esta misma línea, que contribuyan al progreso de este tipo de redes en la provincia.

    ABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out based on a previously observed need and whose sustenance was obtained through a survey applied to the study sample. A mixed approach and a Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology were implemented, which helped to identify and subsequently solve the problems and needs of the organizations to intervene, allowing, in turn, to deepen the processes of collective creation of knowledge for Help plan your future. This analysis seeks to strengthen the capacities and abilities of the members of the Guayas Global Services Economic Integration Network to help boost their prosperity and social advancement. The results obtained led to the establishment of conclusions focused on the development within the short or medium term of projects framed in this same line, which contribute to the progress of this type of networks in the province.
