    RESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo examinar los movimientos de ingresos y gastos de las fuentes de financiamiento en los municipios. El método fue descriptivo; como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó el análisis de información y de revistas indexadas; con los resultados se procedió a la recopilación de distintas opiniones de expertos. Se evidenció que las recaudaciones no logran su aprovechamiento efectivo; así mismo, se evidenció que a nivel nacional los municipios han tenido serios problemas para sus ingresos, sin embargo, en todos los documentos analizados se expuso que la tecnología es el arma más fuerte en tiempos de pandemia, y los municipios tienen que ir a la vanguardia de ello.

    ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to examine the movements of income and expenditure from funding sources in municipalities. The method was descriptive; as a data collection technique the analysis of information and indexed journals was used; with the results we proceeded to the collection of different expert opinions. It was evidenced that the collections do not achieve their effective use, likewise, it was evidenced that at the national level the municipalities have they have had serious problems for their revenues, however, in all the documents analyzed it was exposed that technology is the strongest weapon in times of pandemic, and municipalities have to be at the forefront of it.
