Resumen de Introducción a la genealogía de un plan de estudios de Psicología en una Institución de Educación Superior

Hortensia Hickman Rodríguez, Abdiel Buelna Chontal, Gustavo Parra

  • This paper presents the first exploratory-descriptive approaches to a genealogical study of a curricular project in the field of psychology education, which presented itself as innovative in the field of professional training in this discipline. This is the Psychology Curriculum 2015, of the Faculty of Higher Studies Iztacala (FESI), of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in force to date. The methodology for this first approach was the search and documentary review of the first texts where the need to modify the previous curriculum dating from 1976 was raised. These were official documents (reports and work plans of Rectors and directors of the Faculty and coordinators of the Psychology Career), under the assumption that it is necessary to understand and make explicit the interrelation between the institutional ordinances and policies of the UNAM and the curriculum as a normative text, in which the identities of the discipline and of the subjects -teachers and students- are expressed in terms of profiles, training programs, training strategies and transmission of knowledge
