La planificación estratégica herramienta para mejorar el escenario gerencial deportivo escolar

    La presente investigación, se realizó con la finalidad de fortalecer la gerencia deportiva escolar mediante la planificación estratégica ya que es herramienta útil para afrontar la gerencia desde diferentes arista de forma eficiente, eficaz ,el mismo está centrado en las teorías del constructivismo, humanismo en enlace con algunos valores como: participativo, integrador y democrático donde se proponen la formación de un ciudadano y ciudadana crítico, constructor de un pensamiento y de acciones que marquen de manera positiva la planificación en cuanto a gerencial, liderar, administrar, controlar, orientar y asumir las distintas tareas con actividades del quehacer educativo apoyado de una planificación estratégica de esta manera en dar soluciones a los problemas que se presenten en la masificación deportivas y la captación de nuevos talentos deportivos; que lo aqueja, donde las escuelas, liceos, escuelas técnicas misiones entre otros, se han visto en una deficiencia en cuanto a liderazgo en las misma, ya que se encuentra en constante transformación social y educativa las cuales las fuerzas vivas que hacen vida en las instituciones educativas deben aportar soluciones y apoyar transformación mediante una planificación estratégica que involucre a todos los actores educativo hacia logros deportivos en colectivo. No obstante, este problema afecta directamente a todos los actores educativos para desarrollar el deporte escolar en sus distintas formas donde se deben emplear nuevos paradigmas de organización.

    The present research was carried out with the purpose of strengthening school sports management through strategic planning since it is a useful tool to approach management from different angles in an efficient and effective way, it is focused on the theories of constructivism, humanism in connection . with some values such as: participatory, integrative and democratic where the formation of a critical citizen, builder of thoughts and actions that positively mark planning in terms of management, leading, administering, controlling, guiding and assuming is proposed. . the different tasks with educational activities supported by strategic planning in this way to provide solutions to the problems that arise in sports massification and the recruitment of new sports talents; that afflicts it, where schools, high schools, technical schools among others, have seen a deficiency in terms of leadership in them, since they are in constant social and educational transformation which the living forces that make life in the Las Educational institutions must provide solutions and support the transformation through strategic planning that involves all educational actors towards collective sporting achievements. However, this problem directly affects all educational actors to develop school sports in its different forms where new organizational paradigms must be used.
