    La compleja relación entre el poder y la dignidad de los adolescentes en México, destacando las violaciones a los derechos humanos. Aún más la falta de implementación efectiva de leyes que protejan a los adolescentes, así como la percepción estigmatizada que tienen las autoridades sobre ellos. A pesar de los avances normativos, la implementación de normas que protejan a este grupo sigue siendo deficiente, lo que restringe su capacidad para ejercer plenamente sus derechos y mantener su dignidad. A través de un análisis jurídico estructuralista y realista, el estudio evalúa la efectividad del sistema legal y revela obstáculos significativos en la aplicación de políticas públicas. Se critica la percepción estigmatizada que tienen las autoridades hacia los adolescentes y se propone un enfoque colaborativo entre diversos actores sociales para mejorar la situación. Se menciona la importancia de instrumentos internacionales, como la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño y otros pactos, que reconocen derechos específicos para adolescentes y establecen mecanismos de protección. Resalta la urgencia de fortalecer la protección de la dignidad adolescente, subrayando que, aunque existen marcos legales, la práctica real por parte de las instituciones sigue siendo insuficiente, lo que evidencia la vulnerabilidad y la necesidad de hacer efectivos los derechos tangibles de los adolescentes en México.

    The complex relationship between power and dignity of adolescents in Mexico, highlighting human rights violations. Even more so is the lack of effective implementation of laws that protect adolescents, as well as the stigmatized perception that authorities have about them. Despite regulatory advances, the implementation of regulations that protect this group remains deficient, which restricts their ability to fully exercise their rights and maintain their dignity. Through a structuralist and realistic legal analysis, the study evaluates the effectiveness of the legal system and reveals significant obstacles in the application of public policies. The stigmatized perception that authorities have towards adolescents is criticized and a collaborative approach between various social actors is proposed to improve the situation. The importance of international instruments is mentioned, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and other covenants, which recognize specific rights for adolescents and establish protection mechanisms. Highlights the urgency of strengthening the protection of adolescent dignity, emphasizing that, although legal frameworks exist, the actual practice by institutions remains insufficient, which shows the vulnerability and the need to make effective the tangible rights of adolescents in Mexico.
