    La investigación se enmarca en el problema generado por la falta de relevo generacional y la búsqueda de alternativas creativas que faciliten el acceso a nuevos agricultores. A esto se suma un segundo problema: la proximidad de la ciudad, que dificulta el acceso al suelo para actividades agrícolas. Con el objetivo de facilitar el relevo generacional, las Asociaciones de Desarrollo Rural del País Vasco han implementado diversas iniciativas territoriales. La primera fue la creación de polígonos rurales de titularidad pública, inspirados en los industriales. Estas iniciativas se han ido adaptando progresivamente a las nuevas demandas, hasta concectar con la propuesta de espacios de prueba. Estas asociaciones han abordado este desafío de manera original, ofreciendo a los candidatos protección social y económica mientras se capacitan y desarrollan su proyecto agrícola. Además, les brindan la posibilidad de llevar a cabo el período de prueba en fincas privadas que necesiten relevo contribuyendo así a apoyar su continuidad.

    Ikerketa belaunaldien arteko erreleborik ezak eta nekazari berriei sarbidea erraztuko dieten sormenezko alternatiben bilaketan oinarritzen da. Horri beste ostopo bat gehitu behar zaio: hiriaren hurbiltasuna, nekazaritza jardueretarako lurzorurako sarbidea zailtzen baitu. Belaunaldien arteko erreleboa errazteko, Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko Landa Garapeneko Elkarteek hainbat ekimen ezarri dituzte bere ibilbidean. Lehenengoa titulartasun publikoko nekazal poligonoak sortzea izan zen, industrialdeetan oinarrituta. Ekimen horiek pixkanaka egokitu dira eskaera berrietara, test gunearen proposamenarekin bat egin arte. Elkarte horiek modu originalean heldu diote erronka horri, eta babes sozial eta ekonomikoa eskaini diete hautagaiei, ekoizpen proiektua prestatu eta garatzen duten bitartean. Horretaz gain, probaldia erreleboa behar duten finka pribatuetan egiteko aukera ematen diete, jarraitutasuna lagunduz.

    The research is framed within the problem generated by the lack of generational replacement and the search for creative alternatives that facilitate access to new farmers. In addition, there is a second problem: the proximity to the city, which makes it difficult to access land for agricultural activities. In order to facilitate generational renewal, the Rural Development Associations of the Basque Country have implemented various territorial initiatives. The f irst was the creation of publicly owned rural estates, inspired by industrial estates. These initiatives have been progressively adapted to the new demands, until connecting with the proposal of trial spaces. These associations have approached this challenge in an original way, offering candidates social and economic protection while they are training and developing their agricultural project. In addition, they offer them the possibility of carrying out the probationary period on private farms in need of relief, thus contributing to support their continuity.
