    El derecho a la educación implica más que el acceso a conocimientos básicos, es garantizar el pleno desarrollo mental y moral de la infancia. Este artículo analiza la complejidad del Sistema Educativo en base a su evolución histórica y la necesidad de adaptarse a las demandas cambiantes de la sociedad. Esto conlleva desafíos, como la diversidad del alumnado y la necesidad de recursos y criterios claros. La educación, por ende, no es responsabilidad exclusiva del Estado, sino de toda la sociedad, como refleja el concepto de Comunidad Educativa. En este contexto, el Trabajo Social emerge como un actor clave en el apoyo a este proceso, comprometido con la equidad y el bienestar de todos los implicados.

    The right to education implies more than just access to basic knowledge; it is about ensuring the full mental and moral development of childhood. This article examines the complexity of the Educational System based on its historical evolution and the need to adapt to the changing demands of society. This entails challenges such as student diversity and the need for clear resources and criteria. Education, therefore, is not the exclusive responsibility of the State, but of society as a whole, as reflected in the concept of the Educational Community. In this context, Social Work emerges as a key actor in supporting this process, committed to equity and the well-being of all involved.
