    La implementación de un sistema de compliance tributario en la empresa requiere analizar y evaluar los riesgos de incumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales que principalmente les pueden afectar. En esta labor será un factor determinante las características específicas de la estructura empresarial. Por lo tanto, también el análisis va a depender de la condición de PYME y de la presencia de la familia en la propiedad o dirección empresarial. Y precisamente este modelo de empresa familiar está ampliamente arraigado en el territorio nacional. Con la finalidad de contribuir a detectar el riesgo fiscal para la implantación de estos sistemas en la empresa familiar se repasan aquellas cuestiones propias que han provocado una mayor litigiosidad

    The implementation of a tax compliance system in the company requires analyzing and evaluating the risks of non-compliance with tax obligations that can mainly affect them. In this work, the specific characteristics of the business structure will be a determining factor. Therefore, the analysis will also depend on the status of PYME and the presence of the family in the ownership or management of the business. And precisely this family business model is widely rooted in spanish territory. In order to help detect the tax risk for the implementation of these systems in the family business, those specific issues that have caused greater litigation are reviewed
