    En este estudio se realiza un análisis detallado y crítico de las medidas fiscales aprobadas por el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas para dar una respuesta inmediata a los importantes daños personales y materiales provocados por el temporal de lluvia que se produjo el 29 de octubre de 2024 en diferentes partes del territorio español, afectando de manera especial a numerosos municipios de la Comunidad Valenciana. Y se realizan una serie de propuestas normativas en materia tributaria que contribuyan a la efectiva recuperación de los territorios afectados

    This paper carries out a detailed and critical analysis of the fiscal measures approved by the State and the Autonomous Communities to provide an immediate response to the significant personal and material damages caused by the rain storm that occurred on October 29, 2024 in different parts of the Spanish territory, especially affecting numerous municipalities in the Valencian Community. And a series of regulatory proposals are made on tax matters that contribute to the effective recovery of the affected territories
