    La investigación llevada a cabo analiza la vida asociativa de los italianos en Córdoba durante el período de entreguerras. Su objetivo es reconocer el grado de adhesión y resistencia a la acción diplomática y a la propaganda que el régimen fascista ejerció sobre la colectividad que, a inicios del siglo XX, contaba con una vasta y sólida red asociativa que cubría necesidades asistenciales y sociales. No obstante, la misma se presentaba fragmentada por rivalidades personales y regionales, y, fundamentalmente, por el reconocimiento o el rechazo del Risorgimento como evento histórico fundador del estado italiano. El advenimiento del Fascismo crearía una nueva y diferente línea de fractura que se investiga a través de fuentes indirectas, como los periódicos locales, visto que no se han conservado los archivos de la mayoría de las asociaciones existentes en dicho período.

    The research analyses the associative life of Italians in Córdoba, during the interwar period. Its aim is to recognize the degree of adhesion and resistance to the diplomatic action and propaganda that the fascist regime exerted on the community that, at the beginning of the 20th century, it had a vast and solid associative network that covered welfare and social needs. Nevertheless, this community was fragmented by personal and regional rivalries, and, fundamentally, due to the recognition or rejection of the Risorgimento as the founding historical event of the Italian state. The advent of Fascism would create a new and different line of fracture that is investigated through indirect sources, such as local newspapers, since the archives of the majority of the associations existing in that period have not been preserved.
