    El presente texto tiene dos propósitos principales. El primero, mostrar la importancia del sistema técnico al incorporar nuevas visiones para en-tender el comportamiento del ser humano en un mundo técnicamente modificado. El segundo, consecuencia del primero, es servir de base para incorporar, en trabajos posteriores, la visión del Mundo 3 de Popper, con la demarcación que se tiene de técnica y sistema técnico. Para ello, en primer lugar, se elaborará la definición de ciencias generalizadoras e históricas, y la visión reduccionista de Popper sobre la tecnología, para enmarcar los límites de este tipo de visión. En segundo lugar, se aborda-rán las nociones de “técnica” y “sistema técnico”. En tercer lugar, se pre-cisarán algunas nociones sobre la tecnología, con el fin de vincular los aspectos estructurales y culturales de las definiciones tratadas. En cuarto lugar, se presentarán algunas particularidades de la técnica en relación con cuestiones éticas y su coligación con la naturaleza. En quinto lugar, se abordarán los elementos constitutivos de un sistema técnico. Finalmente, se recogerán algunas conclusiones sobre la relevancia de las invenciones tecnológicas y su influencia en las relaciones estructurales del ser humano

    The present text has two main purposes. The first one is to show the im-portance of the technical system in incorporating new perspectives to understand human behavior in a technically modified world. The second one, arising as a consequence of the first purpose, is to serve as a basis for incorporating, in subsequent works, Popper’s vision of World 3, along with the demarcation of technique and the technical system. To do so, in the first place, the definition of generalizing and historical sciences will be presented, along with Popper’s reductionist view of technolog y, in or-der to frame the limits of this perspective. Secondly, an approach to the notions of “technique” and the “technical system” will be made. Thirdly, some notions about technolog y will be specified, so as to link the struc-tural and cultural aspects of the definitions discussed. Fourthly, some par-ticularities of technique in relation to ethical issues and its connection to nature will be presented. Fifthly, the elements that constitute a technical system will be considered. Finally, some conclusions will be drawn on the relevance of technological inventions and their influence in the structural relations of the human being.
