Sobre la semiología hegeliana: las posiciones de Hyppolite y Derrida

    Hyppolite y Derrida coinciden en haber subrayado la importancia del lenguaje en la filosofía de Hegel, revelando las importantes implicaciones que la semiología del Espíritu subjetivo tendría en la construcción del idealismo. La dialéctica del signo desarrollada por Hegel en ese lugar revela hasta qué punto el lenguaje debe ser considerado como la puerta de entrada más metódica y natural hacia el interior del sistema, pero también como la puerta de salida más crítica y demoledora del mismo. La cuestión pasa por decidir si dicha dialéctica constituye la condición de posibilidad de la mediación lógica y del cierre del sistema (Hyppolite), o si evidencia más bien su imposibilidad constitutiva y la necesidad de la deconstrucción (Derrida). El presente artículo se propone analizar el fundamento de ambas posiciones, así como su respectivo encaje en la filosofía de Hegel.

    Hyppolite and Derrida agree in highlighting the relevance of language in Hegel's philosophy, revealing the important implications that the semiology of the subjective Spirit would have in the construction of idealism. The dialectic of the sign developed by Hegel in that location reveals to what extent language must be considered as the most methodical and natural entry door into the system but also as the most critical and devastating exit door from it. The question is to decide whether this dialectic constitutes the condition of possibility of logical mediation and the closure of the system (Hyppolite), or whether it rather evidences its constitutive impossibility and the need for deconstruction (Derrida). This article aims to analyze the foundation of both positions, as well as their respective fit into Hegel's philosophy.
