Resumen de Efectos del crecimiento urbano en la sostenibilidad dela ciudad de Cuenca

  La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los efectos económicos, sociales y ambiental del crecimiento urbano en la sostenibilidad de la Ciudad de Cuenca Ecuador. Para el desarrollo de la misma se utilizará el método teórico, para la revisión de bibliografía y la fundamentación teórica, el método analítico- sintético para analizar las variables que afectan el estudio del objeto, el método empírico, para la recopilación de datos directa sobre los cambios en la ciudad mediante la observación directa. Para la recolección de la información de estas variables densidad, empleo, valor de la tierra, construcciones ilegales, estructura urbana y equipamiento, transporte público, infraestructura y servicios básicos, cobertura vegetal, procesos erosivos, movimientos en masa e inundaciones. Se tomará de la cartografía del Municipio de la Ciudad de Cuenca, laboratorio DatAchademics/ SigData, avalúos periciales, observación directa y encuesta. Para así tener un diagnóstico de los efectos del crecimiento y desarrollar acciones públicas que nos permite solucionar problemas en el crecimiento de la ciudad de Cuenca.

  The objective of this research is to determine the economic, social and environmental effects of urban growth on the sustainability of the city of Cuenca, Ecuador. For the development of the same, the theoretical method will be used for the review of bibliography and the theoretical foundation, the analyticalsynthetic method to analyze the variables that affect the study of the object, the empirical method, for the direct data collection on the changes in the city through direct observation. For the collection of information on these variables density, employment, land value, illegal constructions, urban structure and equipment, public transportation, infrastructure and basic services, vegetation cover, erosive processes, mass movements and floods. It will be taken from the cartography of the Municipality of the City of Cuenca, DatAchademics/ SigData laboratory, expert appraisals, direct observation and survey. In order to have a diagnosis of the effects of growth and develop public actions that allow us to solve problems in the growth of the city of Cuenca.
