  En este breve análisis revisaremos la dificultad que se enfrenta para establecer responsabilidades en materia de derechos humanos a empresas y la jurisprudencia del Sistema Interamericano en la materia. Analizaremos los estándares internacionales establecidos en materia de responsabilidad empresarial. Finalmente, razonaremos si las cortes nacionales chilenas incorporan los estándares establecidos por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, especialmente respecto de terceros involucrados.

  In this brief analysis we will review the difficulties faced in establishing responsibility for human rights violation to companies as well as the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ case law in the field. We will analyze the international standards established in corporate responsibility. Finally, we will examine if the Chilean national courts incorporate the standards set by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, especially concerning private companies.
