Agroecology has evolved only by the teaching and learning processes developed by its verysocial base form encountered in the peasantry and traditional communities daily lives. Only facing theadvancement of neoliberal policies the peasantry has created the method of farmer to farmer which hasto be considered the grassroots material to the contemporary and wider social relations constructinganother agri-food system to guarantee ecological preservation and food security. Currently the theme ofEducation in Agroecology has been evaluated to not only form new agroecological farmers, but also tospread this new ideology and to new ecological subjects in a world in crisis. This paper debates such aframework by the lenses of the activity theory that enable to analyse the actions forms as also the sub-jective structure of a social group. In this case, Agroecology must be approached by dialogue, autonomyand praxis when taught in different levels and institutions.
