Resumen de Diagnóstico socioeconómico de recintos varios del cantón Samborondón, como herramienta para la factibilidad de emprendimientos productivos rurales

  Para conocer la situación socioeconómica y física del territorio, teniendo en cuenta sus conexiones con su geografía y producción, se buscó establecer una data. Para establecer un perfil relacionado con las condiciones de ingreso y otras, se llevaron a cabo 60 encuestas en los distintos lugares que componen los recintos cercanos a la cabecera de la parroquia Tarifa. Se utilizaron variables cuantitativas para establecer los vínculos entre las circunstancias socioeconómicas del territorio, su infraestructura y su inclinación hacia la creación de dispositivos de emprendimiento. Se llevó a cabo una encuesta aleatoria entre los distintos espacios poblados que componen los recintos, sin incluir la cabecera cantonal; se dirigió a los jefes o jefas de hogar. El desarrollo de actividades sectorizadas en relación con emprendimientos productivos rurales y la consolidación y definición de las condiciones socioeconómicas del territorio son posibles gracias a los resultados obtenidos. La determinación de los niveles de ingreso y acceso de la población a los servicios básicos fue una de las conclusiones más relevantes de este estudio. El apoyo a las autoridades parroquiales, cantonales y provinciales para la reactivación y fortalecimiento de la economía del territorio, así como el financiamiento de emprendimientos, es una de las recomendaciones más importantes que define este estudio.

  The purpose of this study was to collect data to know the socioeconomic and physical situation of the territory, considering relationships with its geography and production. The central objective was to carry out an alternate pilot through 60 surveys carried out in the different points that make up the precincts near the cantonal capital to build a profile linked to the conditions of entry and others. The methodology was established through a review of quantitative variables that allow establishing the links between the socioeconomic conditions of the territory, its infrastructure and the predisposition in the generation of entrepreneurial devices. The procedure focused on conducting a random survey among the different populated spaces that make up the precincts, excluding the cantonal capital; directed at the heads of households. The results obtained allow us to consolidate and define the socioeconomic conditions of the territory and recognize the viability for the development of sectorized activities in relation to rural productive enterprises. One of the most relevant conclusions of this study was the identification of the population's income levels and access to basic services. One of the most important recommendations that this study defines is to request support from the parish, cantonal and provincial authorities for the strengthening and reactivation of the territory's economy, as well as the financing of ventures that have their respective technical feasibility study.
