    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo examinar y comprender las dinámicas de interacción entre la Sociedad Cooperativa de Cremerías Limitadas "Unión La Nueva", el molino harinero y el almacén de ramos generales de la empresa Milesi Hermanos, con el Ferrocarril Santa Fe en la Colonia Humboldt entre 1885 y 1930. El análisis se basó en una exhaustiva revisión de fuentes primarias inéditas que permiten observar tales vínculos en el contexto del desarrollo capitalista en la provincia de Santa Fe.

    The present study aims to examine and understand the dynamics of interaction between the "Unión La Nueva" Cooperative Society of Creameries Limited, the flour mill, and the general store of the Milesi Brothers company, with the Santa Fe Railway in the Humboldt Colony between 1885 and 1930. The analysis is based on an exhaustive review of unpublished primary sources that shed light on these relationships within the context of capitalist development in the province of Santa Fe.
