    En el presente estudio pretendemos presentar una reflexión sobre el tema de la libertad y el determinismo. Como este tema es tradicionalmente tratado en vista de las libertades individuales, poco referido en su sentido político colectivo, consideramos imprescindible la reconstrucción histórica para desnaturalizar este cuadro. Tal limitación paradigmática está especialmente vinculada al modo de pensar liberal. Por el contrario, nuestro recorrido busca rescatar elementos constitutivos de su fuente principal, el estoicismo, para luego pasar a los pensadores modernos y contemporáneos. El final del recurrido encontraremos dos paradigmas innovadores entre el determinismo y la libertad: la obra de Manuel Bonfim y el pensamiento amerindio. Lo que viene especialmente a este último análisis es precisamente la crítica de los estereotipos coloniales y la prevalencia de una idea que llamamos cosmodeliberación amerindia, la única acción humana, como veremos, verdaderamente libre.

    In this study, we intend to present a reflection about freedom and determinism. This is a subject traditionally treated in terms of indi-vidual liberties, with little reference to its collective political sense and, for this reason, we consider it essential a reconstruct history to denaturalise this picture. Such a paradigmatic limitation is linked to the liberal way of thinking. On the contrary, our journey seeks to rescue constitutive elements from its main source, stoicism, and then move on to modern and contemporary thinkers. At the end of the path, we will find two innovative paradigms between determinism and freedom: the work of Manuel Bonfim and amerindian thought. What comes especially to the latter analysis is precisely the critique of colonial stereotypes and the prevalence of an idea that we call Amerindian cosmodeliberation, the only human action, as we shall see, truly free.
